Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damages caused by: mishandling, misuse, or accidental breakage, water leakage due to improper sealing or careless use, charging issues caused by use of non-original or incompatible chargers, electrical damage due to power surges or improper charging practices, unauthorised repairs, modifications, or tampering, normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damage. Warranty claims must be supported by the original invoice/receipt and the product must be presented for inspection.
Once sold, the product is non-refundable unless found defective at the time of delivery
